Dr Dugan is fantastic. But front desk leaves me a bit confused. That's just my opinion. Still no boot or cruches. Been over a week. I changed my post from 4 stars to 5. Here's the reason why. I am a veteran who was given the total run around by the VA. Dr Dugan went above and beyond to take care of me. Even buying at her own expense to purchase what I needed for after surgery care. Dr Duggun was very professional and was very easy to talk to. She was very thorough and explained everything in easy to understand terms. She also made sure she answered all my questions and gave me very clear instructions. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Duggan is very patient and actually listens to you. She has great customer service and beside manner. Front office is always accommodating, friendly and professional!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
